Über den BIM-Preis
Die Digitalisierung schreitet in allen Lebensbereichen voran. Aus diesem Grund soll eine Projektabwicklung nach der BIM-Methode („Building Information Modeling“) auch im Bauwesen Standard werden.
宜宾发展仁城置地有限公司 (下称“征集人”)就宜宾市高铁南片区体育赛事中心区域商住地块概念方案组织全球征集活动，拟面向全球公开邀请具有相关设计经验的申请人前来应征。本次征集将通过公开资格预审的方式择优选择3位应征人参加征集，欢迎符合资格条件的申请人提交资格预审《申请文件》。
一、项目概况
本项目位于宜宾市高铁南片区体育赛事中心区域，基地北临南二十二路，南侧和东侧临公园绿地，西临外江路。项目用地性质为住商混合用地，规划建设用地总面积约71636.98平方米（约107.45亩），容积率不大于2.0，建筑密度不大于30%，绿地率不小于30%，建筑限高100米，具体以规划条件通知书为准。
二、设计范围及内容
按照国家、省、市规范、标准规定，完成本项目建筑概念方案设计，具体工作内容包含但不限于项目区域优劣势分析、场地分析图、彩色总平图、建筑造型设计图、功能布局分析图、政府要求配建功能布局分析图、交通系统分析图、消防分析图、总体鸟瞰图、人视效果图、单体平面图、单体效果图、夜景效果图、空间立体分析图、规划经济技术指标、经济性配比分析、电子模型等内容，具体详见设计任务书。
